Discipleship Ministry Mission
To be a Christ-centered empowering ministry that equips, disciples and sends the next generation of Christian servants into the world to fulfill their role in God’s kingdom plan.

Discipleship Program Objectives:
o    To know themselves honestly and openly before God and one another in truth
o    To cultivate intimacy with and obedience to Christ
o    To mend souls by the loving power of the Holy Spirit
o    To have a solid foundation of knowledge in God’s Word
o    To build Godly character
o    To develop a Biblical worldview
o    To develop the necessary life skills to be equipped for life & ministry
o    To fulfill God’s commands in the Great Commission and Great Command

The way we disciple…
Through an intentional progressive model designed to touch the lives of the young people in the communities we serve

Tier One introduces young people to Christ through
•    Weekly small groups exploring the Christian faith in community centers
•    Weekly Christian clubs at the local schools
•    Weekly sports programs
•    Weekly creative arts programs
•    Periodic camps

Tier Two disciples identified young leaders from Tier One through
•    Weekly service in a Tier One ministry program
•    Monthly discipleship/training sessions
•    Monthly leadership small groups
•    Monthly one-on-one mentorship meetings
•    Quarterly camps and events

Tier Three equips leaders from Tier Two in a 1 year MCM internship through
•    Daily/weekly formation and equipping classes
•    Daily ministry service
•    Weekly one-on-one mentorship meetings
•    Yearly outreach to African country
